Chapter 1- Chris gets a ride up to the top of the mountain from Gallien, Gallien tried to offer him supplies but Chris denies his offer and he walks into the wild.
Chapter 2-Thompson, Samuel, and Swanson are three hunters who venture into the wilderness for hunting on Atv's they come across a yellow bus with a rank smell and they find a note saying please help me im out gathering berries be back soon August? The three hunters looked inside the bus where the smell was coming from and found Chris laying dead in a sleeping bag.
Chapter 3- Alex was hitchhiking and a guy named Wayne picked him up. Wayne offered Alex a job and rented one of his own rooms to alex. Alex helped work on the farm until he was ready to move on to Alaska so he eventually left Wayne and the farm due to itchy feet.
Chapter 4- In chapter 4 Alex abandons his old dustan due too flash flooding and he goes out to the road and starts to hitch hike. He gets too colorado river and buys a canoe and begins to padle down to mexico and on his way down to mexico the river forms into a maze and Alex got lost various of times but lucked out due too mexican guides.Also while he was on the way down to mexico in his canoe he almost die's due to a storm but luckily gets to shore after breaking one ore and lots of cussing.
Chapter 5- Alex gets a job in Las Vegas as a fry cook at a Mcdonald's and plans on abandoning his tramping life and settle down soon but Alex gets itchy feet again and visits his friends and stays with them for a little, then continues to move on from there too Alaska.
